Shipping policy

Where we ship from
We dispatch from our UK and EU fulfilment partners to get your order to you quickly and reliably, with full tracking on every parcel.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time
- United Kingdom: typically 3-8 business days after dispatch.
- European Union: typically 3-8 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of world: typically 8-15 business days; times vary by destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by customs or courier delays.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free. Where available, an express option may be offered at checkout.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email hello@asheraa.com and we will investigate with the courier and put it right.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us before dispatch and we will update it where possible.
