How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1 to 3 working days, and delivery typically takes 5 to 10 working days. European orders usually arrive within 7 to 14 working days.
Is delivery free?
Free on UK orders over £40 (that includes the 2-pack and 3-pack). Under £40 it's a flat £3.95. European shipping is calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, across most of Europe. Any customs or import duty is set by your country and payable by the receiver. We declare everything honestly.
Using your heat pad
How do I use it safely?
Asheraa uses gentle, controlled warmth, the same soothing idea as a hot water bottle. Please read this before your first use:
- Do not use it on broken, irritated or numb skin.
- Do not fall asleep while wearing it, and do not leave it switched on unattended.
- If you are pregnant, speak to your doctor or midwife before using heat on your abdomen.
- If you have reduced skin sensation (for example from diabetic neuropathy), circulatory problems, or an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker, check with a healthcare professional first.
- Start on a lower heat setting and build up. If your skin becomes red or uncomfortable, take it off.
- Keep it away from children. Charge it with the supplied cable only, and stop using it if the unit or cable is damaged.

What settings does it have?
4 heat levels and 4 vibration-massage modes, plus a battery-level display, so you can dial in exactly what feels right.
How long does a charge last?
It depends on the heat and massage levels you choose. The battery is 1800mAh and there is a battery-level display on the unit, so you can always see how much charge is left.
How do I charge it?
Over USB-C, using the supplied cable. Charge it fully before your cycle and it's ready when you need it.
Is it really discreet?
Yes. It's slim and quiet, with an adjustable strap designed to sit under everyday clothing so you can wear it at work, out and about, or in bed.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth. Don't submerge it in water or put it in the wash.
Returns & refunds
What's your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. That's your right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. On top of that, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Email a photo to hello@asheraa.com and we'll send a replacement or full refund. You won't need to post a faulty item back. This is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How long do refunds take?
We process within 3 working days of receiving your return. Your bank usually takes another 3 to 5.
Orders & payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can almost always help. Once it's dispatched we can't recall it, but you can still return it.
