All orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Customs & duty
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty or local VAT, set by your country and payable by the receiver. We declare everything honestly.
Returns
Your right to change your mind
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. No reason required. Items should come back unused and in their original packaging where possible, and return postage for a change of mind is paid by you.

We go further than the law requires: try your Asheraa heat pad for 30 days. If it isn't right for you, contact us for a refund.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email hello@asheraa.com with a photo.
- We'll send a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
- You won't need to post a faulty item back to us; a photo is enough.
- We cover all postage costs in this case.
This is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
How to start a return
Email hello@asheraa.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We reply within one working day — no forms, no chatbots.
Refund timing
We process refunds within 3 working days of receiving your return, or immediately on a damage claim. Your bank typically takes a further 3 to 5 working days.
